Biography

I have lived all over. I was born in North Carolina and my family moved to North Dakota when I was in junior high. I am passionate about people and business. I studied marketing and entrepreneurship at Baylor University in Texas. I obtained my law degree and MBA from the University of North Dakota. I started practicing law in 2012 when I joined a small firm in Winona. I opened Faircloth Law LLC in 2020 and welcomed my second son a few months later. I am active in Winona and I want to help my community and its people and businesses thrive. I serve on the Winona County Library Board of Trustees and I volunteer with Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services. I volunteer as a referee for conciliation court (also known as small claims court). I am an enthusiastic member of the YMCA and enjoy the group fitness classes. I teach as an adjunct professor at Winona State University in the business law and political science departments.
